Founded in 2007 by Josh Rivet, the company draws on decades of experience across Louisiana, Alabama and Georgia. Josh learned the trade from the ground up and treats every job site as his own—working directly with clients, staying involved from land prep to final walk-through and ensuring every detail reflects the care and precision he’s known for.

In 2013, Rachel Rivet joined the company, bringing a strong background in marketing, client management and design coordination. Together, Josh and Rachel form a husband-and-wife team that makes the building process personal, seamless and truly collaborative. Clients benefit from direct communication with the builder, clear guidance and a shared commitment to making the journey as rewarding as the final result.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Josh is a graduate of Catholic High School and LSU, while Rachel brings years of regional experience in brand strategy and project planning. In 2017, the couple expanded their services by launching J. Rivet Realty, adding real estate expertise to their portfolio and offering clients a fully-integrated experience from concept to closing.
