Whether you're building a custom home from the ground up or transforming an existing property, here's what you can expect when you work with us:

1. Initial Consultation
We begin by listening. During our first meeting, we’ll talk through your goals, timeline, budget and vision. This is where we get to know you and lay the foundation for a successful partnership.

2. Site Review & Planning
If you already have a lot in mind, we’ll walk it with you and evaluate how best to position your home. From day one, we’re thinking through the big picture: layout, topography, flow and future value.

3. Pre-Construction & Budgeting
Transparency is key. We work closely with you to develop a realistic and detailed budget based on your design preferences and selections. We’ll outline anticipated timelines, secure permits and finalize a construction agreement ensuring you're informed and confident before breaking ground.

4. Construction Begins
This is where the vision comes to life. Josh remains hands-on and on-site, overseeing every phase of construction, from foundation to framing to finishes. You’ll receive regular updates, walkthroughs and open communication throughout the build. We treat your project with the same care and commitment we’d give our own home.

5. Interior Selections & Design Coordination
Rachel works alongside you to navigate interior selections—fixtures, finishes, colors, and more. Her background in client management and design ensures your selections are beautifully integrated, on schedule and aligned with your budget.  Her services are available to clients although we welcome and have worked with many interior designers throughout the region.

6. Final Walkthrough & Delivery
As the build wraps up, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to ensure every element meets our shared expectations. We address punch list items promptly and make sure you're completely satisfied before handing over the keys.

7. Ongoing Support
Years after move-in, we’re still just a call away. We value long-term relationships and are happy to provide guidance, answer questions or assist with future projects as your needs evolve.
